We list only the best 100150 projects in West and North Hyderabad, check every listing, and connect serious buyers directly with builders and agents. Our app is live on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
About the role
Have you sold portal packages or managed channel partners for builders? Bring those contacts and that experience to NE Yard. You'll be our face on the ground: visiting builder offices, project sites and agent offices, signing them up as NE Yard partners, and getting their best projects live on the platform.
This is a relationship job, not a numbers game. Builders should see you as the person who brings them serious buyers.
What you'll do
- Find and visit builders, project sales teams and real estate agent offices across Gachibowli, Financial District, Kokapet, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kollur, Kompally, Medchal, Shamirpet and nearby areas
- Pitch NE Yard to owners, project heads and sales managers: explain how we bring checked, serious buyers
- Sign them up as Builder Partners and Agent Partners
- Get projects live: collect correct prices, floor plans,
site photos and RERA details, and make sure every listing is complete and accurate
- Look after your partners: be their main contact for listing updates, current launches and buyer enquiries
- Visit project sites to check progress and take fresh photos when needed
- Bring back market insight: pricing trends, competitor activity, upcoming launches
- Keep your pipeline up to date every day (visits, follow-ups, sign-ups) and meet monthly targets

What we're looking for
Must have:
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and your own two-wheeler
- Happy to work in the field full-time
- Speaks Telugu fluently, plus working Hindi and English
- 14 years in field sales or business development
- Lives in Hyderabad or ready to move here right away
- Uses a smartphone confidently: WhatsApp, Google Maps, taking photos and updating listings in an app
Good to have:
- Experience at a property portal (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, Square Yards) or in a builder channel sales team
- Existing contacts with builders or real estate agents in Hyderabad
- Knows the West and North Hyderabad property markets well
Personality:
- Comfortable walking into an office cold and asking for the owner
- Persistent: follows up without giving up
- Honest and organised; we value long-term trust over quick wins
