- Develop and manage institutional tie-ups with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
- Build partnerships with industries and corporate organizations.
- Coordinate manpower hiring and placement opportunities.
- Manage NAPS & NATS apprenticeship program tie-ups.
- Generate recent business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct meetings with institutional and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development and Institutional Tie-ups.
- Experience in manpower hiring, placements, or industry partnerships preferred.
- Knowledge of NAPS and NATS programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
