Role Description The Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for Synzent’s AI and automation solutions, particularly within the digital marketing ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing outreach campaigns, conducting product demos, and building long-term relationships with clients.





The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, refine value propositions, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

The Business Development

Executive is expected to meet revenue targets, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and represent Synzent professionally in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience driving revenue growth in digital or technology-driven environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including understanding of sales cycles, customer success, and client retention.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex AI and automation solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should preferably have experience in SaaS, AI, digital marketing, or technology consulting, along with familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with a proactive mindset, solid negotiation abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
