Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Brand Guide Master’s digital marketing services. The role also involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals,



negotiating agreements, and tracking performance against sales targets.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to support client relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing services is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Indore, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined performance targets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
