We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for an IT services company in Indore. If you have experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development and are confident in communicating in English, we’d love to connect with you!

Salary Packages

- ₹3 LPA – Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience
- ₹4.8 LPA – Candidates with 2 years or more of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and bidding platforms.
- Identify and research potential clients for IT services and custom software development.
- Run outbound campaigns and follow up with prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings.
- Work with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and understand client requirements.
- Maintain lead information and sales pipeline records in the CRM.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in IT sales,



lead generation, or business development.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) — non-negotiable.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation and outbound sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and bidding platforms such as Upwork or Freelancer is preferred.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with good client-handling skills.
