About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships and drive revenue for our services. You will start with our India operations at our Calicut office, with the opportunity to move into our UAE operations as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads through outreach, networking and research
- Pitch ASG services to prospective clients through calls, meetings and emails
- Understand client needs and present suitable solutions and proposals
- Handle negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain robust long term client relationships




- Maintain lead and pipeline records and share regular progress reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Research markets and competitors to find new growth opportunities

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Confident, target driven and self motivated
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE in the future is a plus
