About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of building strong client relationships, and eager to drive business growth through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Identify and engage potential clients for IT products and services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements ✅ 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development

✅ MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field

✅ Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities

✅ Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business

✅ Self-motivated, target-drive, and customer-focused
