- We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our neurodiversity care platform across therapy centres, schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and healthcare institutions.The ideal candidate should know the Delhi NCR market, have healthcare professional connections, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Key Responsibilities :Identify business opportunities with healthcare and education institutions.Build relationships with psychologists, therapists, special educators, paediatricians,



and other professionals.Promote our neurodiversity care platform and AI-powered assessment solutions.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, meetings, and follow-ups.Generate leads, negotiate deals, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.Build partnerships and support platform adoption.Track sales activities and submit regular reports.
- Requirements :Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or healthcare sales.Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and relevant professional connections.Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.Willingness to conduct field visits and work independently.Healthcare, rehabilitation, mental health, special education, or SaaS sales experience is a plus.
- Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000/- to ₹25,000/- per month, based on experience and skills.Quarterly incentives up to ₹20,000 based on sales performance.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
