We're looking for a motivated Lead Generation / BDE to join our team! This is a great opportunity for freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience to grow in business development.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr.
- Bid on projects, create proposals, and follow up with clients.
- Communicate with international clients via chat and email.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain records of leads and conversions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Comfortable with working night shifts.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
