YAN Mobility (Pvt) Ltd is a mobility and travel services company focused on connecting customers with reliable transport solutions through an island-wide vehicle network.

Our services include airport transfers, private tours and journeys, wedding transportation, vehicle rentals, executive travel and corporate mobility solutions.

We are looking for motivated individuals to identify business opportunities, develop client relationships and support the growth of our customer and service partner network.

Job Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will focus on generating business opportunities and building professional relationships that help expand YAN Mobility’s services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential customers and business partners.

Develop relationships with hotels, travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients.

Generate inquiries and bookings for airport transfers, tours, vehicle rentals and other mobility services.

Identify and connect with vehicle owners and transport service partners.

Promote YAN Mobility’s services through qualified networking and appropriate marketing activities.

Communicate customer requirements clearly and coordinate with the relevant operations team.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain professional client relationships.

Support the company’s customer base and island-wide network expansion.





Candidate Requirements

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

An interest in business development, travel, tourism or mobility services.

Ability to identify potential clients and develop business connections.

Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, tourism, hospitality, transport or customer service is an advantage, but is not essential.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the agreed engagement requirements.

Compensation and Commission Structure

This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.

Compensation is linked to eligible business generated under the agreed commission arrangement. Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary depending on business results and the applicable payment terms.

The commission rate, qualifying conditions, payment schedule, responsibilities and other engagement terms will be explained and agreed upon before the engagement begins.

Working Arrangement

This opportunity focuses on business development, customer acquisition and relationship management. The working arrangement and reporting expectations will be communicated during the engagement process.
