Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify potential brand and creator partners, conduct market research to understand industry trends, and support lead generation campaigns to grow MyWall’s network. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.



The associate will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach efforts with platform initiatives and provide feedback from clients and partners.

The position requires daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders, proactive outreach, and consistent communication to drive new business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and familiarity with prospecting and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including the ability to analyze trends and competitor activity.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing interactions.
- Relevant skills such as negotiation, relationship management, and basic CRM proficiency are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in tech, media, or influencer marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office workplace in Gurugram and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
