Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and target-driven skilled to onboard salon and spa partners and expand FreshLook's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit salons, spas, and beauty businesses to introduce FreshLook.
- Demonstrate the application and explain its business benefits.
- Acquire partners and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Negotiate partnership plans and close sales.
- Assist with app registration, profile setup, and onboarding.




- Execute offline marketing and local market development.
- Build relationships, follow up with leads, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or offline marketing.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in approaching business owners.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.

Experience in beauty, wellness, or technology sales is an advantage.
