Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The associate will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, including lead generation through various channels such as educational institutions, local businesses, and digital platforms.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting program offerings to prospective students and partners, and supporting outreach campaigns and events. The role involves delivering structured presentations, maintaining relationships with stakeholders,



and collaborating with internal teams to align enrollment targets with business goals. The associate will also track performance metrics, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute to continuous improvement of our training and placement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective students and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze local and regional education and BFSI trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement and follow-up.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Beneficial experience includes prior work in education, training, BFSI, or sales, along with basic proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
