Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Associate role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training participants. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and interactions. The role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining program offerings, supporting sales campaigns,



and collaborating with the internal team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.

The associate will also contribute to feedback collection and reporting to help refine products and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in client interactions and follow-ups.
- Effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
- Experience with lead generation activities, including outreach, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Bhubaneswar and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common productivity and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or education/training services is an advantage.
