- Identify and generate new business opportunities.

- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up on leads and support the conversion process.

- Share regular updates on leads, follow-ups and progress with the team.

Requirements

- 1 year of experience in business development.
- Post-Graduation in any relevant discipline.




- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to grow in business development.
- Willingness to work in office from the Mohali office.
