We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in communication, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Initiate outbound communication to pitch products/services
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements
- Positive communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
