Requirement:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration/Business management/ equivalent and Urban Planning
- Should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience working on government projects
- Experience in working on concept notes, proposals, presentations, PPRs & DPRs. A multi-tasking personality is desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good writing skills
- Experience in conceptualization of projects and project management in various sectors.
- Should be highly motivated and versatile to work across the various sectors.
- Should have experience as a Project Consultant or similar role in a consulting company

Responsibilities:





- Create concept notes, proposals and all pre-work required for the projects.
- Manage end-to-end Project Management, including meetings, trainings, financial coordination, allocation of responsibilities, and tracking project progress.
- Meet clients in person to discuss on their requirements and propose specific solutions.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients.
- Oversee and manage all documentation—from RFPs, pre-bid processes, bid submissions, to project acceptance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed and effective research to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
