The role involves analyzing business performance, monitoring targets, managing team members, and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals. ## Key Responsibilities - Analyze business performance, sales data, and reports.

- Set targets and monitor individual and team achievements.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily work progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Conduct team meetings and provide guidance and feedback.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
- Train recent team members and help improve team productivity.
- Solve operational problems and ensure smooth workflow.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall business growth.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
