Experience: 4–6 years Role: Junior Business Analyst / Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

· Support RFP/RFI and proposal development by coordinating inputs, preparing proposal content, consolidating responses and supporting stakeholder reviews.

· Assist with pricing and commercial analysis, including cost calculations, resource/workforce modelling, pricing comparisons and basic profitability analysis.

· Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership and internal business reviews, including executive summaries, dashboards and performance reports.

· Support business growth and deal pursuit activities through market research, data analysis, business case preparation and opportunity tracking.

· Coordinate with delivery, operations, recruitment, finance and other internal teams to collect required inputs and ensure timely completion of proposals and business initiatives.

· Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards and management information for ongoing pursuits and operational reviews.

· Support workforce planning,



process improvement and other business/operational initiatives.

· Analyse business information and convert data into clear, concise management-level insights and presentations.

Required Skills

· 4–6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Presales, Bid Management, Commercial Analysis, PMO or a similar role.

· Strong PowerPoint skills are mandatory, with the ability to create professional leadership-level presentations.

· Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Working knowledge of Excel for analysis, reporting and basic financial/commercial modelling.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and work within timelines.

· Exposure to RFP/proposal management, pricing or commercial analysis would be preferred.

· No client interview/client-facing interview requirement for this position.
