Responsibilities

- Interaction with various stakeholders for requirement gathering, requirement analysis, and validation of business needs.

- Scoping and defining business, functional, and non-functional requirements in alignment with project objectives.

- Creating and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, GAP analysis documents, user stories, use cases, and other functional documentation.

- Collaborating with UX/UI teams to create, review, and finalise wireframes, UI mock-ups, and user flows.

- Creating and maintaining functionally specific documents with clear traceability across requirements, design, and development.

- Discussing and presenting functional solutions, workflows, and wireframes to end users and the technical team to ensure a common understanding.

- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team throughout the product lifecycle.

- Facilitating requirement walkthroughs, solution discussions, and formal sign-off sessions with stakeholders.

- Supporting the definition of implementation approach and delivery methodology (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).

- Identifying requirement gaps, risks, dependencies, and constraints, and proposing feasible functional solutions.

- Preparing and managing change request documents, including impact analysis on scope, timelines, and cost.

- Working closely with development teams during design, development, and testing phases to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.

- Supporting UAT planning and execution, including test scenario preparation, user coordination,



and defect triaging.

- Ensuring delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements, acceptance criteria, and usability expectations.

- Continuously improving requirement documentation standards, templates, and business analysis best practices.

- Collaboration with UI/UX teams on wireframes, mock-ups, or user flows.

- Handling of change requests with basic impact analysis.

Requirements

- Preferred: MCA, MBA, B. Tech

- 3-6 Years as BA in mortgage loan environment

- Client and stakeholder interaction for requirement gathering and clarification in a client-facing workplace.

- Preparation and maintenance of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and GAP analysis documents.

- Functional solutioning and articulation of requirements and workflows to technical teams.

- Participation in UAT activities including test scenario preparation and defect coordination.

- Use of common BA and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Excel.

- Basic understanding of technical concepts including APIs, system integrations, and database structures.

- Hands-on exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery with a working understanding of the SDLC would be advantageous

- Experience in Wire frame tools

- Experience in work flow creation tools

- Sequence diagram creation
