Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Business Process Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing existing processes, documenting functional needs, and collaborating with development teams to ensure successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Translate business requirements into explicit functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Prepare requirement documents, process flows, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Use Jira and Confluence for requirement tracking, specification, and documentation.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.




- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure requirements align with business objectives.
- Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the requirements lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Approximately 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, active listening, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have
- Experience working with global organizations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Fusion.
- Experience in the investment or financial services industry.
- Project management experience.
- Exposure to business process automation initiatives.
