Job Role: Business Analyst, AI-Enabled Data Acquisition and Procurement

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a team building an AI-enabled solution that streamlines how an enterprise requests, evaluates, and procures external data assets. The solution uses an agent-based model covering data intake and procurement, including RFQ generation, vendor discovery, and purchase requests.

You will lead the discovery phase, translate business processes into transparent requirements, and support the team through MVP delivery.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or consulting environments
- Strong track record in requirements gathering, process mapping, and BRD authoring
- Experience with BPMN or similar process modeling and tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or Miro
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent backlog and documentation tools
- Excellent facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior client stakeholders
- Ability to work with both business users and technical teams and bridge the two.
