We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Brand Marketing, PR & Influencer Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 years

We are looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing & Communications professional to drive marketing initiatives across Isharya and Indinoor.

The role will involve managing brand campaigns, influencer marketing, social media, PR, celebrity engagements, brand collaborations and product launch communications, taking initiatives from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, influencers and brand communication channels.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify creators, manage campaigns and build relationships with influencers, talent managers and agencies.
- Social Media & Launches: Drive campaign communication, product launch calendars and webcom communication, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- PR & Celebrity Engagements: Coordinate with PR agencies, manage media opportunities and support celebrity engagements for campaigns.
- Brand Collaborations: Identify and execute relevant brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Campaign Management:



Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution and effective campaign delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, PR or communications.
- Solid hands-on experience in influencer campaigns, social media, PR and integrated brand campaigns.
- Established connections with influencers, creators, talent managers and PR/creative agencies.
- Understanding of social media trends, consumer behaviour, content and brand storytelling.
- Experience in campaign planning, product launches and cross-channel communication.
- Exposure to celebrity engagements and brand partnerships will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.
- A proactive, culturally aware and execution-focused individual who can independently manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.

Preferred Industries: Fashion, Luxury, Jewellery, Beauty, Lifestyle, D2C and Premium Consumer Brands.
