Role: Branch Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to lead branch operations and drive business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth, revenue, and market share for the Security & Surveillance business.

Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer, retailer, and channel partner networks.





Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Lead, motivate, and develop the branch sales team.

Implement sales schemes, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure strong channel engagement, product availability, and timely sales reporting.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience ( minimum 3 to 5 years) in branch or regional sales management, preferably in CCTV, security, IT, or consumer electronics.

Strong expertise in channel development, distributor management, and market expansion.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.

A consistent track record of achieving sales targets.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
