– Branch Manager (NBFC)

Department: Branch Operations

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline;

Experience: 5–7 years in NBFC / Banking, preferably with team-handling experience.

Reporting To: Cluster Manager / Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Drive loan sourcing, customer acquisition, disbursements, and portfolio growth.
- Monitor loan applications, documentation, credit assessments, and approvals as per company policies.
- Ensure timely EMI collections, overdue follow-ups, and recovery of outstanding loans.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal policies.
- Monitor branch performance, expenses, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.




- Prepare periodic MIS reports on business performance, collections, and portfolio quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to improve branch performance.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of sales, operations, credit assessment, and collections.
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
