Branch Manager – Sales cum Operations Location: Anthiyur, Erode District, Tamil Nadu Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 3 years Industry: Building & Centering Materials We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager – Sales cum Operations for a leading building and centering materials business in Anthiyur. The ideal candidate should have robust sales, team management, customer handling, and branch operations experience.

Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth business functioning.

- Drive sales, achieve business targets, and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Supervise staff and coordinate daily team activities.
- Handle billing, invoicing, collections, and basic accounting.
- Monitor stock, cash flow, branch assets, and inventory movement.
- Manage payments, pending dues, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate material deliveries, returns, and stock movement.




- Maintain proper documentation and submit daily sales and operational reports.

Required Skills &

Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or branch operations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of billing, accounting, stock management, and collections.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
