Role Description The Branch Incharge is a full-time, on-site position based at the Focus Diagnostics branch in Khairatabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including coordination of diagnostic services, supervision of staff, adherence to quality standards, and management of workflow to meet defined turnaround times.

The Branch

Incharge will monitor patient and partner service levels, manage scheduling for pathology and radiology services, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements. They will handle branch-level reporting, inventory and resource planning,



and collaborate with corporate, hospital, and insurance partners to support smooth service delivery. The role also involves resolving operational issues, supporting customer service escalation, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.

Qualifications

- Robust branch operations and administration skills, including daily workflow management, resource planning, and adherence to SOPs.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to supervise staff, allocate responsibilities, and support performance objectives.
- Competence in customer and partner relationship management, including handling queries, escalations, and coordination with hospitals, corporates, and insurance partners.
- Basic understanding of diagnostic center processes (pathology, radiology, preventive health check-ups) and healthcare quality standards such as NABL/NABH.
- Proficiency in digital tools and reporting systems, including MIS reporting, scheduling software, and standard office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to maintaining service quality and turnaround time targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, business management, or a related field; prior experience in diagnostics, hospitals, or healthcare services is an advantage.
