We are hiring a confident, articulate Booth Coordinator to represent Provis Technologies at Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026.

You will introduce visitors to ProvisCommerce, our B2B commerce platform for manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors. This role requires strong communication skills and a basic understanding of IT services, SaaS and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome booth visitors and introduce the company and product.
- Understand visitors’ business requirements and explain relevant product capabilities.
- Deliver short product presentations and demonstrations after training.
- Answer basic questions and refer technical or pricing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Record lead details, conversation notes and follow-up requirements accurately.
- Coordinate meetings and demonstrations with the sales and technical teams.
- Keep the booth organised and provide a daily enquiry summary.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of IT, SaaS products and eCommerce.




- Ability to learn software quickly and explain it in simple language.
- Confidence interacting with business owners, founders and technology professionals.
- Good organisation, punctuality and a professional approach.
- Availability for all three event days and a training session before the event.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in exhibitions, product demonstrations, software sales, business development or customer service.
- Familiarity with B2B commerce or wholesale distribution.
- Hindi or Kannada language skills are an advantage.

Training Product training, demonstration guidance and presentation materials will be provided.
