We are looking for an experienced and responsible Body Shop Manager to manage daily workshop operations, including car denting, painting, body repair, vehicle modifications, staff supervision, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop operations and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Supervise denters, painters, technicians, helpers, and other workshop staff.
- Handle car denting, painting, accident repairs, bodywork, and modification jobs.
- Prepare repair estimates, quotations, and job cards.
- Monitor paint quality, colour matching, finishing, and overall repair standards.
- Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, paint materials, and tools.
- Control material wastage, labour costs, and unnecessary expenses.
- Coordinate with customers regarding repair estimates, progress, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure minimum rework.
- Maintain records of vehicles received, work completed, billing, expenses,



and daily productivity.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment maintenance.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and improve workshop profitability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an automobile body shop or workshop management role.
- Robust knowledge of car denting, painting, body repair, and vehicle modifications.
- Experience in staff management, repair costing, and customer handling.
- Knowledge of workshop inventory, job cards, billing, and Excel.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and meet delivery deadlines.
