Roles and Responsibilities :

- Install, commission, test, and maintain access control systems, CCTV systems, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, fire alarm systems, and other BMS (Building Management System) components.
- Troubleshoot issues with existing installations to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support to clients on the use and maintenance of their BMS systems.
- Conduct regular servicing and testing of all installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years' experience in the field of BMS installation, commissioning, servicing, or troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of access control systems, CCTV systems, ELV systems, fire alarm systems, and other related technologies.




- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as required by job duties.
