1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain cryptocurrency coins, blockchain networks, and smart contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, tokenomics implementation, wallet integration, transaction processing, and blockchain security.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop cryptocurrency coins or tokens based on project requirements.
- Build or customize blockchain networks using suitable blockchain frameworks.
- Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity or other relevant languages.
- Implement token standards such as ERC-20, BEP-20, or other applicable standards.
- Develop token minting, burning, transfer, staking, and reward mechanisms where required.
- Integrate cryptocurrency wallets and blockchain APIs.
- Implement secure transaction validation and blockchain data handling.
- Conduct smart contract testing, debugging, and security reviews.
- Coordinate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams.
- Maintain blockchain nodes, RPC services, and network infrastructure.
- Document technical architecture, deployment procedures, and source code.

3. Required Technical Skills

- Solid knowledge of blockchain architecture and distributed ledger technology.
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or C++, depending on the chosen blockchain.
- Experience with Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon,



or other relevant blockchain platforms.
- Knowledge of Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or equivalent development tools.
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar blockchain libraries.
- Understanding of cryptographic hashing, public/private keys, and digital signatures.
- Knowledge of tokenomics, consensus mechanisms, and transaction fees.
- Experience with Git, APIs, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of smart contract security and common vulnerabilities.

4. Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience launching a cryptocurrency coin or token.
- Experience with blockchain explorers, wallet integrations, and exchange integrations.
- Knowledge of Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain development.
- Experience with staking, governance, liquidity mechanisms, or DeFi protocols.

5. Deliverables

- Blockchain architecture and technical documentation.
- Coin or token smart contracts, as applicable.
- Secure deployment and configuration.
- Wallet and blockchain explorer integration, where required.
- Testing reports and source code.
- Deployment guide and post-launch technical support.

6. Application Requirements

Interested candidates should submit their updated resume, GitHub profile, relevant blockchain project portfolio, and details of previously completed coin or token projects. Note: The final scope will depend on whether the project requires a new native blockchain coin or a token deployed on an existing blockchain. Security audits and legal/compliance requirements should be addressed before launch.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
