Role Description The BIM Modeler role at SPARK BIM PVT LTD is a full-time in office position based in Rajkot. In this role, the BIM Modeler will create, develop, and maintain detailed BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications and construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design and technical documents, converting CAD and PDF files into coordinated BIM models, and working with point cloud data to produce precise digital representations of buildings.

The BIM Modeler will collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers,



and other stakeholders to resolve modeling issues, support clash detection, and update models throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves adhering to BIM standards, documenting model changes, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with the ability to develop accurate, coordinated models.
- Applied knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to interpret plans, sections, and details for model creation.
- Experience working as a Modeler on multidisciplinary projects, including coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP elements.
- Understanding of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their representation within BIM environments.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related field; relevant BIM certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, documentation practices, and model quality control procedures.
