Position: Billing cum Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Billing cum Sales Executive for our boutique at HiLITE Mall, Calicut. The candidate should have experience in billing, customer handling, sales, cash management, and basic accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily billing operations accurately.
- Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting products.
- Support sales activities and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
- Process payments through cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, and other available payment methods.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and other basic accounting records.
- Manage daily cash closing and reconcile billing records with cash and digital payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, exchanges, and discounts.




- Ensure proper coordination between billing and sales operations.
- Keep the billing counter organised and maintain professional customer service standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience in billing and retail sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and POS systems.
- Knowledge of cash handling, card payments, and UPI transactions.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including vouchers and daily sales records.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a retail environment.
- Experience in a boutique, fashion store, or textile showroom will be an advantage.

Work Location Silky Boutique, HiLITE Mall, Calicut.
