Key Responsibilities

- Lead engagements relating to Internal Controls, SOX Advisory and IFC.
- Manage control assessment, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation and optimization.

- Apply frameworks such as COSO, SOX, IFC and IFCoFR.
- Manage client relationships, engagement delivery and team members.
- Prepare proposals, client presentations, reports and detailed documentation.

- Support governance and controls-related advisory assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)



with relevant post-qualification experience.

- Experience in Internal Controls / SOX Advisory / IFC.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking / NBFC / Fintech sectors.
- Experience in leading engagements and managing a team of 46 members.

- Knowledge of IFC, COSO, SOX and IFCoFR frameworks.
