NovaCruitix is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and sales-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team.

We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to market IT consultants, build vendor relationships, and successfully close placements in the US market.

This position is primarily focused on sales, business development, and consultant placements rather than traditional recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Aggressively market available IT consultants on the bench to US staffing vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and vendor networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Identify suitable job requirements through job portals, vendor networks, and professional connections.

Negotiate competitive bill rates and maximize placement opportunities.

Handle consultant submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and placement closures.

Build and maintain an active vendor database and sales pipeline.

Work with consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities, as applicable.





Consistently achieve weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.

Maintain accurate daily sales activity reports and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Solid cold-calling, sales pitching, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Proven experience in marketing IT consultants and generating placements.

Good understanding of US staffing processes, visa categories, and employment arrangements.

Strong relationships with US vendors and implementation partners preferred.

Familiarity with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other US job platforms.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven sales environment.

Confident, proactive, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.
