Role Description The Beauty Advisor role at Kimirica is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Beauty

Advisor will engage with customers on the retail floor, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products, including skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness items.

Responsibilities include demonstrating product features and benefits, providing personalized beauty and self-care consultations, and ensuring a welcoming, premium in-store experience. The role involves maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory levels,



and supporting visual merchandising standards that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.

The Beauty

Advisor will also handle point-of-sale activities, process transactions accurately, respond to customer queries, and support store-level promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in beauty and wellness, with skills in Cosmetology and Skin Care to provide informed, personalized recommendations.
- Solid Product Knowledge across Kimirica’s range to explain ingredients, benefits, usage, and brand values clearly to customers.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities to build rapport, listen actively, and create a positive, inclusive, and luxury experience for every shopper.
- Proven Retail Sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling, to meet sales targets while maintaining customer trust.
- Effective verbal communication skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance suitable for a premium retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and comfort with learning new digital tools.
