? Requirements
- ? Graduation is mandatory
- ? Freshers are welcome to apply
- ? Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage
- ?️ Strong English communication skills are mandatory
- ? Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- ? A personal laptop is mandatory
- ? Stable Wi-Fi connection and power backup required
- ⏰ Comfortable with the required shift timings
- ? Willingness to work towards sales and renewal targets.
? Key Responsibilities
- Connect with existing customers and drive renewals
- Understand customer requirements and address concerns
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Follow up with customers and close renewal deals
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Achieve assigned renewal targets
