Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Mohali district.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients for the company’s training and IT services. The role involves conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and supporting the closure of business deals.



The individual will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and track sales activities and performance metrics. Daily responsibilities also include market research, follow-up communication through calls, emails, and messages, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Business and New Business Development skills to identify opportunities, understand market needs, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation skills to create, manage, and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Account Management skills to maintain relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support repeat business.
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, negotiation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT training or technology services.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali and manage field visits, client meetings, and events as required.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-motivated approach, goal orientation, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
