Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve classic and innovative alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide excellent customer service in a high-paced resort environment.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.

- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies.

- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage safety and quality standards.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a resort, cafe, or high-volume bar setting.

- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

- Certification in Bar and Mixology is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with pairing beverages with Indian, Continental, and Goan seafood cuisines.

- Multilingual communication skills (English, Hindi, and local languages) are an advantage.

- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
