Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our café team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar or beverage station, assisting guests with menu selections, and ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mocktails, cocktails where applicable, coffee, and other café drinks.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Greet guests, explain beverage options, and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
- Take beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counters, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor beverage inventory, check stock levels, and inform management when supplies need replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, garnishes, and beverages.
- Follow food safety,



hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle billing and payments accurately when required.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service while responding to guest feedback.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
- Work closely with the kitchen, barista, and service teams to ensure smooth café operations.

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a café, restaurant, or beverage service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, recipes, garnishing, and presentation.
- Familiarity with coffee, mocktails, and other non-alcoholic beverages; cocktail-making skills are an advantage where applicable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
