Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, bar operations, and guest service. Candidates with prior experience in hotels, restaurants, bars, or hospitality establishments are preferred.

Note: This position is based in Mumbai. Candidates must be comfortable arranging their own accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per hotel standards.
- Maintain excellent guest service and create a welcoming bar experience.
- Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at the bar.
- Check and maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and requisition records.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and beverage cost-control procedures.
- Ensure proper billing and accurate recording of all beverage sales.
- Check the quality, freshness, and presentation of ingredients and garnishes.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and hotel policies.




- Coordinate with the F&B; team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for the bar.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, pub, lounge, or bar is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of bar inventory, billing, and stock management.
- Positive attitude, professional grooming, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates with relevant hospitality experience will be preferred.

- Candidates currently residing in Mumbai or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Candidates should be available for an in-person interview in Mumbai.
