Okay so, hi.

If you’re the kind of person who has a strong opinion about which café makes the best matcha in Bangalore, who saves reels of latte art and weird flavour combos, who has three hobbies at any given time and goes all in on each one, I think we’d get along.

Ouna Matcha is our little matcha bar on 11th Main, Indiranagar. Nine seats, iced matcha only, and a menu we keep messing around with because we can’t help ourselves. We make everything ourselves, the strawberry milk, the syrups, the dips, all of it, in small batches.

We’re looking for someone to stand behind the bar with us. Not just someone who can follow a recipe, but someone who actually cares how the drink turns out and gets excited when a customer comes back for the same one.

- You enjoy people. Chatting with whoever walks in, remembering the regular who always wants extra strawberry

Café experience is great, but if you haven’t done this before and you really want to, that’s fine. We’ll teach you everything about matcha, how we whisk,



how our matchas differ, and every drink on the menu.

What you’ll be doing

- Making matcha, the fun part
- Helping people find their current favourite
- Prepping our milks, syrups and dips
- Opening and closing the café
- Keeping an eye on stock
- Cleaning. A lot. It’s part of the job and we all do it.

We’re in this together We’re a small team and there’s no “that’s not my job” here. Whoever’s free takes the next order. Whoever’s closest grabs the dishes. If the bar’s slammed, we all jump on it, and if someone’s having a rough day, the rest of us pick up the slack. The founders are behind the bar too, whisking, prepping and mopping right alongside you. We figure things out together, we celebrate the good days together, and we get through the chaotic ones together.

- Café hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Your shift: 10:30 AM till the closing prepis done. Usually around 8:30 PM.
- Weekly off: Monday
- Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹27,000 per month
- Location: In person, Indiranagar, Bengaluru
