Urgent Hiring Banking Sales | Corporate Salary Segment | Bangalore We are hiring experienced banking professionals for a leading bank in Bangalore.

Positions Available

- Sales Manager (SM): 4 openings | CTC up to 12 LPA
- Relationship Manager (RM): 18 openings | CTC up to 7 LPA

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

- Must currently be working with a bank.
- Must have hands-on experience in the Corporate Salary segment.
- Must be a Bangalore-based candidate.
- Relevant corporate salary acquisition, banking sales and relationship management experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new corporate salary accounts by building relationships with companies and corporate decisionmakers.
- Develop corporate relationships and generate salary account acquisition opportunities.




- Drive banking sales, account acquisition and cross-selling of financial products.
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients and their employees.
- Achieve assigned sales and acquisition targets.
- For Sales Manager candidates: handle sales teams, monitor performance and drive business targets.
- For Relationship Manager candidates: manage client relationships, generate leads and achieve individual acquisition targets.

Compensation

- Sales Manager: Up to 12 LPA.
- Relationship Manager: Up to 7 LPA.

Final compensation will depend on experience and suitability. Interview Process: First round will be conducted virtually.
