Back Office Executive

Location: Sushant Lok Phase I, Sector 43, Gurugram

Job Responsibilities

1. Order Processing: Handle customer orders and coordinate with vendors for timely completion.
2. Stock Management: Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, and inventory reports.
3. Vendor Coordination: Follow up with vendors regarding order status, delivery timelines, and pending orders.
4. Quality Control Coordination: Ensure jewellery is checked for design, gold weight, diamonds, setting, and finishing before dispatch.
5. Tagging & Billing: Coordinate jewellery tagging and ensure product details are entered correctly.
6. Store Coordination: Coordinate with the showroom sales team for stock transfers, deliveries, and order updates.
7. MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily Excel/Google Sheets reports for stock, orders, pending work,



and dispatches.
8. Documentation: Maintain purchase records, invoices, job-work details, and other operational documents.
9. Customer Order Follow-up: Track pending customer orders and ensure timely delivery commitments.
10. Team Coordination: Coordinate with sales, accounts, vendors, and management for smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 1-3 years in back-office operations, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in stock management, order processing, and vendor coordination.
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
