? Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

? Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Head

Are you a result-driven sales professional with a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals? We are looking for a confident B2B Sales Manager who can convert qualified prospects into paying clients and drive business growth across the OTT and entertainment industry .

This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, can engage with senior decision-makers, and excels at negotiation, objection handling, and sales closure.

? Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete sales closure process, from qualified leads to successful conversions.
- Drive OTT sales and business development by engaging with brands, advertisers, agencies, business owners, and key decision-makers across the entertainment ecosystem.
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and senior business leaders.
- Understand client requirements and present high-value business solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Handle pricing discussions, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Maintain CRM records, track deal progress,



and achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, commercial discussions, and client onboarding.

? What We’re Looking For

- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, high-ticket sales, OTT sales, entertainment sales, ad sales, media sales, or premium service sales.
- Proven expertise in closing high-value deals , rather than focusing solely on lead generation or telecalling.
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, objection handling, and client acquisition skills.
- Confidence in discussing pricing and closing deals with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in the OTT, media, entertainment, advertising, or digital content industry will be an added advantage.
