About the role

THENGA Coco transforms discarded coconut shells into sustainable products for B2B customers. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused team member to represent the brand at selected trade exhibitions, manage incoming enquiries and develop current business relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Represent THENGA Coco at B2B exhibitions and trade fairs in different cities; engage buyers and capture qualified leads.
- Follow up on exhibition leads and digital enquiries, share product information and quotations, and work to convert prospects into orders.
- Identify and approach new B2B customers through online research, email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Maintain an organised lead database and track follow-ups, quotations, sales pipeline and order status.
- Coordinate with production, operations and accounts teams on order processing, sales reporting, payment tracking and exhibition expense reconciliation.
- Share regular updates on leads, customer interactions, conversions and sales performance.



What we’re looking for Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-minded, confident approaching new customers, persistent with follow-ups and motivated by targets.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities.
- Proficient with email, Excel / Google Sheets and online research; CRM or LinkedIn experience is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for selected exhibitions and customer meetings. Fluency in English required; Malayalam and Hindi are an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
