Job Summary
We are looking for qualified Ayurvedic Doctors who can communicate effectively with Tamil-speaking patients. The ideal candidate must be able to read, write and speak Tamil fluently to support patient consultations and ensure clear communication throughout the consultation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online Ayurvedic consultations and understand patients' health concerns.
- Communicate with patients in Tamil and document relevant consultation details accurately.
- Provide appropriate Ayurvedic guidance within professional qualifications and approved clinical protocols.
- Explain treatment recommendations clearly and address patient queries.
- Coordinate with the Patient Care Counselling team for follow-ups and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical, ethical and documentation standards.
- Support patient engagement and consultation-to-treatment conversion goals ethically, without compromising clinical judgment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- BAMS qualification from a recognised institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Board or competent authority, as required.
- Fluency in spoken Tamil, with the ability to read and write Tamil.
- Valuable patient communication and counselling skills.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to conduct online consultations.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Job Locations Candidates may be based in Kozhikode, Kerala, or Bengaluru, Karnataka (Whitefield). Candidates from Tamil Nadu and other Tamil-speaking regions are welcome to apply if they are willing to work from either location.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview. The role may include conversion-based incentives, subject to the company's compensation policy.
