Job title: AVP Third Party Risk Management
(JD)
- Conduct end-to-end vendor risk assessments, including inherent and residual risk scoring, due diligence, and validation of controls.
- Ensure compliance with outsourcing guidelines, internal governance requirements, and applicable Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act obligations.
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and vendor contracts.
- Maintain vendor inventories, risk registers, and audit documentation.
- Work with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Information Security teams to close control gaps.
- Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding, risk approvals, and exit strategies.
- Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure audit findings are closed.
- Develop training materials on TPRM policies and procedures.
- Improve risk workflows through automation and monitoring tools.
