Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Playwright, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Playwright, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Perform REST API automation using Axios, Supertest, or similar libraries.
- Apply object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and automation best practices.
- Implement BDD-based automation using CucumberJS, MochaJS, or similar frameworks.
- Manage parallel test execution, test suites, and execution reports.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform code reviews and maintain clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Use linters and source code management tools to maintain code quality.
- Define and implement effective test strategies and automation approaches.

Mandatory Skills




- Strong programming experience in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation testing.
- Experience in REST API automation using Node.js libraries such as Axios or Supertest.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, including strings, arrays, and JavaScript objects.
- Experience designing and developing scalable automation frameworks.

Technical Skills

- API Automation: REST APIs, Axios, Supertest
- BDD/Test Frameworks: CucumberJS, MochaJS
