1. engineering purchase knowledge machine shop industry( casting / CNC & VMC machine shop)

Responsibilities:

Vertical Responsibilities

- Ensure capacity availability at suppliers for casting parts.
- Costing, Price calculation, Cost reductions & negotiations with suppliers
- Knowledge of casting/painting/machining process
- Forecasting of production/SPD requirement as per business plan for building capacity
- Handling of internal cost audits & self-audits
- Knowledge of basic quality requirement for casting & machining

Horizontal Responsibilities

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional

- Knowledge of various costing process
- Should have basic knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machining




- Should have knowledge of TPM & 16 basic losses
- Should have knowledge of procurement of cutting tools for different sources to optimize the cost.
- Basic understanding of Aluminium & ferrous casting process
- Basic understanding of surface treatment processes (powder coating & paint

Work Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
